Easy steps admission process

Step 1

Book An Assessment

Schedule your child’s assessment at FOS and bring the required documents (end-of-year report, birth certificate, passport, photos, and vaccination card).

Step 2

Get Acceptance Letter

After the assessment, you will receive an acceptance letter.

Step 3

Confirm & Register

Sign the acceptance letter and complete the registration process to secure your child’s place.

Tip: Spaces are limited in some year groups. We encourage families to begin the admissions process early to guarantee a seat.

Book An Assessment

Age Group

Students joining the school are placed in a given grade level according to their age in the early years. The cut-off date that determines grade placement is June 30. The age of the student and grade entrance follows this scheme that it is based on the regulations issued by the Ministry of Education

Students are accepted in the school as per the current level registered in the Ministry of Education Portal- Grade level of overseas students are determined by Certificate Equivalency Department at the Ministry of Education For further inquiries please contact our registration team.

The seat must be confirmed by completing the registration process within 10 working days after receiving the acceptance letter.
Registration fees are to be paid in full before the beginning of the academic year.
Registration fees is non-refundable and non-transferable.
